At Design Concepts we were pleased to be involved in the contract by Graham Construction to design the external facade of this project using AlterEgo Stone rainscreen systems with a value in excess of £1,000,000.

On behalf of operator Greystar Holdings Europe Ltd, Church Lukas was appointed as the architect on this project. The proposal at 240 Bath Street, Glasgow, is to provide 330 beds as student accommodation across 13 floors. The ground floor and basement levels will provide on-street commercial units with a separate entrance for the residential aspect of this property.

Design Concepts worked alongside Graham Construction to deliver the design of 1,500m2 of Jura Limestone and a number of aluminium reveal panels.
